Q. Where is the corporate office located?

A: Market Place Office Park, 6621 E. Pacific Coast Hwy, Ste. 255 Long Beach, Ca 90803. The building is in the back right corner behind the Re Max building. The office is on the 2nd floor. Courtesy parking is the yellow loading zone at the foot of the stairs leading to our suite No. 255 on the south side of the building.

A: Pacific Coast Highway & 2nd Street

Q: What are your office hours?

A: 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday, many locations have open houses on Saturday.

Q: How long does it take to process the application and credit check?

A: 1-3 Days depending on whether we can contact and verify your references, past landlords and income information.

Q: What are the requirements to rent here?

Q: What units do you have available?

A: Refer to the rental listings page.

Q: How do I view one of the units?

A: Refer to the rental listing on the website. Look on the right column of rental listing, if there is a 562-498-0159 phone number, you may check out the keys in our office between the hours of 8:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m. Monday thru Friday with a $25.00 cash deposit, picture ID, and we will hold onto a credit card. If another number is listed, please call that number to view the unit. Some units are open daily for your convenience.

Q: If I am married, do both of us have to fill out an application?

A: Yes.

Q: Do you accept pets?

A: Yes, on some units. Please check our rental listings and fill out our pet application.

Q: Are leases required for all units or specific units?

A: We offer month-to-month, six month and year leases, depending on the location.
