Q: Something broke!
A: If it’s an emergency during business hours, call maintenance at 562 498 0159 x 22. If the emergency is after hours, please refer to your EMERGENCY PROCEDURES you received at move in. If it is not an emergency, please fill out a Repair Request Form or send an email to abetterproperty@gmail.com.
Q: How do I pay my rent?
A: Rent checks should be made out to ABPMCo, Inc. and mailed to 6621 E. Pacific Coast Hwy. Ste 255, Long Beach, CA 90803
Q: I want to adopt a dog/cat/bird/reptile/chinchilla, are pets allowed?
A: Pet policies vary by building. Call the office at 562 498 0159 for details specific to your building. For a pet application, Pet Application.
Q: My water bill is high! The sprinklers are always on!
A: Fill out a (Green Idea Form) and let us know if your sprinklers are running too long/often/flooding the sidewalk or if you have other green ideas to help us conserve water and energy. For conservation tips, visit our going green page.
Q: I’m moving out, where do I send my 30-day notice?
A: Please fill out and send the (notice to vacate) here on the website or send an email to abetterproperty@gmail.com or snail mail at 6621 E. PCH Ste 255, Long Beach, CA 90803. Please include:
- Your full name
- Address (with apt #)
- Date notice is given
- Date you are moving out
- The reason you are moving
- A forwarding address
- A phone number where we can reach you
- Did you have a garage or parking space? What are their numbers?
Q: I’m moving out, where do I turn in my key(s)?
A: Your rent does not stop until the keys are turned into the office of ABPMCo,Inc. If you turn in your keys to the onsite manager, please email the office the same day you give the manager your keys so that we have a written record of the key transaction.
