Q. Where is the corporate office located?

A: The office is located in East Long Beach in the Marketplace Office Park at 6621 E. Pacific Coast Highway Ste 140, 90803. Park on the south side of the building in the yellow parking space, proceed thru the double doors on your right, the office suite is on the 2nd floor at the top of the stairs to the left.

If you are coming from Los Angeles, take the 405 Freeway south, exit on Studebaker Road. Take the left or south exit and proceed to Westminster Blvd/ 2nd Street. Turn right on Westminster Blvd/2nd Street. Turn left on Pacific Coast Highway. Turn left into the parking lot.

If you are coming from Orange County, take the 405 Freeway North, exit on Seal Beach Blvd south. Turn right on Westminster Blvd. Turn left on Pacific Coast Hwy...see above directions.

Q: What utilities are included in the rent?

A: Residents pay all utilities on houses. Some buildings have master utility meters and others have separate gas and electric meters. All residents pay for gas, electric and refuse services. Water is paid at some buildings. Some buildings use the RUBS billing system where the water is billed to the residents based on the number of people in each unit. Q: Are pets allowed at the properties?

A: Pet policies vary depending on the property. Many apartments and homes accept a small dog or cat. For specific pet policies, please visit our rental list and check the property in question. To apply to have a dog or cat we require a pet profile which can be submitted at Petscreener.com.

Q: How do I add a service dog or ESA?

A: Service dogs and ESA's are welcome at all of our properties.  An animal profile is required to be submitted and approved prior to bringing any dogs onto the property.  An animal profile can be completed for service dogs & ESA's free of charge at Petscreener.com.

Q: How do I view an apartment or house?

A: Showings vary per property.  Please refer to the rental list for the property you would like to visit to determine the viewing instructions.
