1. Monthly income should = 2.5 x the rent, need proof of income

One year on job or on prior job                   
3. One year of current rental history
4. No Evictions, No Unlawful Detainers filed,credit will be reviewed                                             5. Current ID

 
PROCEDURE FOR APPLYING FOR APARTMENT or HOUSE
1. view apartment, condo or house
2. fill in application with Black Ink - do not leave any blank spaces
3. fax, e-mail, or mail application to office or hand application to onsite manager
   If you fax the application, ONLY fax the application pages, nothing else, all
   other pages will be charged $2.00/page prior to processing your application,
   never fax ID's, ALL applications will be accepted for review and qualifier
4. once application(s) are received in the office the leasing agent will call or email for                       

   - credit check fee $25 non-refundable (money order or cash only)(no change available)
   - drivers license or CA ID
   - social security card
   - proof of income: current paycheck stub with YTD gross earnings or other proof of income

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING
- Unit will not be rented or leased until all WORK and all REPAIRS  are completed
- 1st months rent & deposit to be paid at move-in with MONEY ORDER OR CASHIERS CHECK

- Unit must be inspected and signed off prior to moving in
- Applicants will be notified if they have been approved or denied after we have contacted   references,run the credit/eviction report and verified the information on the application
        If you are APPROVED, you will be notified by phone.
        If you are denied you will be notified by mail.
