Villa Monterey Apartments
The Villa is a 1927 Classic Spanish Hacienda multi-unit apartment building situated in the Hills of Hollywood. A former "home to the stars" during the roaring days of Hollywood, this is a "one of a kind" enclave. The spacious courtyard hosts a koi pond, fountain and large outdoor star gazing seating area. There are limited parking spaces and a laundry area. All units have hardwood floors, mock fireplaces, french doors, beams, wood doors, some have balconys and an old world charm!
